Aspiring candidates for this esteemed membership must demonstrate their expertise by successfully completing a comprehensive examination and engaging in rigorous practical training at an AICTE-approved college or through immersive on-the-job training (OJT) within the industry. Following the completion of training, candidates must submit a well-prepared Project Report, along with the necessary certificates of practical training and experience. Upon fulfilling these requirements, members become eligible for the highly sought-after Technician/Diploma Membership certificate. This distinguished certification is recognized as equivalent to a three-year Polytechnic Diploma, as conferred by respected Indian institutions and universities, reflecting its universal acceptance and esteemed standing in the professional world.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Technician/Diploma Membership require candidates to have successfully completed the Secondary Examination (10th pass), 10+2 examination, or possess an I.T.I (Industrial Training Institute) qualification in a relevant discipline, or hold an equivalent credential from a recognized institution, university, or board. Candidates must demonstrate a high standard of academic achievement with a minimum score of 55%. Additionally, applicants must exhibit their commitment to professional development by acquiring at least two years of substantial work experience in the relevant field, further reinforcing their qualifications for the prestigious Technician/Diploma Membership.
